Baby Shower Invitations

Baby Shower invitations can reflect upon mums interests, and be contemporary and modern, or you can concentrate more on bubs - after all it is a party where you are inviting guest to come and celebrate a pregnancy and the upcoming birth of a child.

A baby shower is a great way to celebrate the upcoming birth with the expecting mum and her family and friends.  This day is held for the mum-to-be, and is traditionally a 'girlie' day - Sorry guys!  This generally means that only women attend the party.  Now days, I guess it would be nice to have the party for both parents and get the Dad's to be involved also (might be a good way of helping the Dad's feel included!)

The party is usually arranged by a close friend or relative of the parents-to-be, and usually only for the first child.  Because of this persons close knowledge of the mum, the baby shower invitations should be personalized and well suited to the expecting mum and her new bub.  Not to mention that the baby shower party supplies should match your overall theme.

Wording can sometimes be a little tricky on invitations, especially if you decide to either customize your invitations, or if you decide to make your own.  So I've created a page to give you some ideas on what you can write...
