1st Birthday Party Invitations.

1st birthday party invitations are going to be fun to make. The first year of our children's lives are full of so many exciting moments like first teeth, crawling, first steps and first words just to name a few. So it's only natural that you would want to have a little (or Big) party to celebrate this joyful year and the milestones your little one has achieved.

I love to create my own invitations and incorporate pictures with clip art files, or download some pictures from the internet . It's very easy now days to alter some pictures using Photoshop or similar program.

I must admit that it's hard to get some spare time when you have kids, but if you start early, and try to get the invitations done while they sleep (or get some help from a relative), you'll do just fine.

Of course, making your own 1st birthday Party Invitations is not for everyone. It can be so much easier just to arrange to buy some. If you are going to make your own, ask yourself... What is my child interested in? and then plan the 1st birthday party invitations and the party around one of your Childs interests. My little one Loved Elmo at the time, so we had an Elmo party for her with Elmo invitations and Elmo party supplies.

If you can't think of one particular character that your child loves, you could always go with a more General theme like Duckies.

The 1st birthday party Invitations are only the beginning. There is a whole party to be planned and possibly many people to invite. Just remember one important thing, and that is that it's going to be a HUGE day for your little one, so I suggest putting in a party time frame on your invite - for example: 12-2pm.
